A: We offer 2-day business air shipping for most orders, typically via UPS. Please note that “2-day” refers to business days (Monday–Friday) and excludes weekends and holidays. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, as UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. All shipments include real-time tracking so you can monitor your order from dispatch to delivery.
Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail. However, please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2-3 business days.

A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. MST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the 12:00 p.m. cutoff or on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Q: How do holidays affect my delivery?
A: Shipping and delivery do not occur on weekends or federal holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekday, please add one additional business day to your estimated delivery time. During high-volume holiday seasons, carriers may experience slight delays beyond our control.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States.
Q: Is the 2-day business air delivery window guaranteed?
A: We guarantee that your order will be processed and handed to the carrier according to our shipping schedule. However, once the package is in the carrier’s hands, transit times are subject to their operational conditions and are out of our direct control. If your tracking information shows a significant delay or a delivery issue, please contact us at team@peptidesvital.com and we will do our best to assist.
While we strive to provide expedited air shipping on the vast majority of our catalog, some exclusions may apply based on order size or destination.

Q: Do you include bacteriostatic water with orders
A: Yes, we include free bacteriostatic water with most peptide orders. It is added to your cart automatically at no extra charge. A few products are excluded from this offer. If you remove the bacteriostatic water from your cart, it will not be included with your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
