Yes, we provide certificates of analysis for our products. These documents verify the purity and quality of each batch. You can view all current certificates on our COA’s page.
You are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal of our products. Implement necessary industrial hygiene and safety protocols to protect workers from any health and safety hazards. Follow all applicable laws and regulations for handling research chemicals.
Yes, we include free bacteriostatic water with most peptide orders. It is added to your cart automatically at no extra charge. A few products are excluded from this offer. If you remove the bacteriostatic water from your cart, it will not be included with your shipment.

We offer 2-day business air shipping for most orders, typically via UPS. Please note that “2-day” refers to business days (Monday–Friday) and excludes weekends and holidays. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, as UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. All shipments include real-time tracking so you can monitor your order from dispatch to delivery.
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail. However, please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2-3 business days.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. MST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the 12:00 p.m. cutoff or on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping and delivery do not occur on weekends or federal holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekday, please add one additional business day to your estimated delivery time. During high-volume holiday seasons, carriers may experience slight delays beyond our control.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States.
We guarantee that your order will be processed and handed to the carrier according to our shipping schedule. However, once the package is in the carrier’s hands, transit times are subject to their operational conditions and are out of our direct control. If your tracking information shows a significant delay or a delivery issue, please contact us at team@peptidesvital.com and we will do our best to assist. While we strive to provide expedited air shipping on the vast majority of our catalog, some exclusions may apply based on order size or destination.

POLICIES

Returns & Quality Claims

Our policy regarding batch re-testing, shipping damages, and our commitment to product satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our research products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items as they cannot be resold. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality.
We WILL provide refunds or replacements for: • Products that arrive damaged during shipping (photo evidence required within 48 hours) • Incorrect items shipped (our error) • Products that do not meet stated specifications or purity standards • Orders that were not delivered despite tracking showing delivery • Duplicate orders placed in error (if reported before shipment)
We CANNOT accept returns for: • Opened or used products • Products stored improperly after delivery • Orders canceled after shipment • Change of mind purchases

No, there are no restocking fees for products that qualify for returns under our policy.
We occasionally issue store credits. Credits are applied to your account and can be used toward future purchases on our site. Store credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another account. Credits do not expire.
