This blend contains two synthetic peptides: Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin. Tesamorelin is a 44-amino-acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), formed by attaching a trans-3-hexenoic acid group to the tyrosine at position 1 of the native GHRH(1-44) sequence. It has the molecular formula C₂₂₁H₃₆₆N₇₂O₆₇S, a molecular weight of 5135.9 g/mol, and CAS number 901758-09-6. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide with the sequence Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂, a molecular weight of 711.86 g/mol, and CAS number 170851-70-4.
