Its molecular formula is C₆₂H₉₈N₁₆O₂₂ with a molecular weight of approximately 1419 g/mol. TB-500 (10mg) is a 43-amino-acid synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein expressed in nearly all animal cell types. GHK-Cu (35mg) is the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with a copper(II) ion, first isolated from human blood plasma by Dr. Loren Pickart in 1973.
